Hello! You can call me Crystal. I'm a freelance illustrator who loves to draw characters especially, and also try to make more complete illustrations with backgrounds sometimes!
Terms of service
Thank you so much for your interest! All the information about commissions is listed below.
• Personal use only.
• The illustration remains my property.
• The use of my commissions for NFT and AI is forbidden.
• If you give me permission, I could post the piece on my social media. Feel free to also post it on social media with proper credit!
• I reserve the right to decline a commission if it would make me uncomfortable in the wanted character(s), the difficulty, or if the idea is unclear.
• Please consider that it can take time (from one week to one month). Short deadlines will incur fees.
• If all the slots are taken, you’ll be on the waiting list!By ordering a commission, you have read and accepted the terms of service, including the cancelling of a commission, and agreed to the process.I can do:
• Original characters, fanart, simple to more detailed background, simple armor pieces, kemonomimi.
I won’t do:
• Character design, furries, mecha, real people, nsfw, gore.
Process - How to order
• Contact me by mail ([email protected]) or DM (twitter) with all the necessary information + visual references. You can also ask me beforehand if the wanted character(s) would be comfortable to me before sending all the info! Also, please make sure that you already have a global idea of what you'd like (pose, background elements...)
• I’ll write you an approximative quote based on the information you gave if I accept your commission.
• Payment through PayPal: down payment of 50% of the total price. I’ll send you an invoice.
• I'll show you the progress of the piece by steps as I work on it.
Maximum of 2 revisions during the sketch (for the pose, angle, etc.). Further revisions will incur fees.
• If the outcome is satisfying to you, you’ll receive the final invoice with the fees included if there were any further revisions during the sketch.
• I'll start the colors and rendering step after receiving the payment.
• I’ll show you a preview of the finished piece first (not the original size). Minor changes can be made (adjustment of tone, adding a small detail etc.).
• Then, if the outcome looks good to you, I’ll send the original quality/high resolution by email! (Original size, png, RGB)
Cancelling a commission
Let me know in advance or as soon as possible if you have decided to cancel the commission.
Refund rate:
- 100% if I haven't started it
- 50% during the detailed sketch/base color step
- 0% if the commission is rendered/finished.
Prices and samples
These prices are just a base, meaning that they adjust depending on the complexity of the character(s) and the background.
Extras (e.g. weapons) add fees.

Simple shading, simple background (shapes, color block, brushes strokes, small doodles etc.)
Only full body: 35€
Background: free
Additional character: +80% of the base price of a character.

Some parts can be slightly rendered, painting brush strokes can be more rough.
The background is optional. It can be doodles, shapes, props/objects or decor elements. It will remain a simple background.
Character:
Bust up: 40€
Half body: 60€
Full body: 80€
Background: depends on the number of elements.
Additional character: +80% of the base price of a character.
✦ Fully rendered illustration
The colors and the general ambiance (shadows and lights) will be worked with much more attention.
Simple or detailed background.
Character:
Bust up: 80€
Half body: 95€
Full body: 120€
Background: Depends on the number of elements. Just a simple color is possible too.
Additional character: +80% of the base price of a character.
